How do we rapidly scale Grocery Home Delivery in order to support increased COVID-19 isolation?

As more rigorous isolation measures become necessary/are imposed, the ability to deliver groceries to home will become critical. Many home delivery services have struggled to keep up with the increase in demand for home delivery, leading to delays and, in some cases, shutdown of the service. If this ‘last mile’ problem isn’t resolved, the food supply chain will stall and the ability to maintain isolation will be compromised.

How should grocers rapidly scale their home delivery capacity? What is the operational model that will allow this to safely operate in the context of COVID-19?
